We’ve been sightseeing in the south of Italy, exploring the Heel of Italy and up to West Coast, with an overnight stay in Matera. The scenery is amazing and the history is unique. So many old and crumbling buildings in Matera gave the town a different vibe, and a stunning walk through. We enjoyed Lecce, with its detailed architecture and small laneways. Right now we’re at the start of the Amalfi Coast, staying over in the town of Salerno. So much to see tomorrow.
